How does paying work?
You top up a wallet with Mobile Money on MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo, and everything you run is paid from it. No card, no contract. Your balance updates on its own once the payment clears.
What is free?
Your first static site is free for its first month. After that it is billed at the standard rate. Automatic HTTPS is free on everything, always, including a domain you bring yourself.
What happens if my balance runs low?
Nothing sudden. We tell you, and you get a grace period to top up. If it stays unpaid your services pause rather than disappear, and topping up brings them straight back.
Can my price change?
We tell you 30 days before a price changes, and it only applies at your next renewal. It never moves quietly.
What about bandwidth?
Bandwidth is not metered today, so there is no traffic bill to fear. We will always tell you before that changes.
What stops an AI agent running up my bill?
The wallet is prepaid, so an agent can only ever spend what you have already topped up. It never touches a card, because there is no card. On top of that, a credential is rate limited on how much it can create in an hour, and every charge it makes tells you which credential made it.
Can I limit what an agent is allowed to do?
Yes. A credential carries only the permissions you give it, and spending is one of them: you can hand an agent one that deploys and manages everything you run but structurally cannot spend a cedi. You can also put a lifetime spending limit on it, and revoke it at any time. Buying a domain always comes back to you, whatever the credential says, because it is the one thing that cannot be undone.
What if I stop?
Pause or delete anything at any time and it stops billing at the end of the period. Nothing renews behind your back.
